Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging included. Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, alteration, or misuse may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalized, final sale, clearance, or used items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side or the item arrives damaged or defective.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, you may request an exchange within the return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Maverick Leathers is not responsible for lost return packages.
